If your account was lost but connected to a cloud save provider, please try to reconnect through the in-game settings. Here's a guide on how to load your previously saved profile: 

1.  Open Hill Climb Racing 3 and locate the menu icon in the top right corner of the main screen. Tap it to open the in-game settings menu. 
2.  Select "Fingersoft ID" from the settings under the cloud save section. 
3. Next, tap the "Register" button, fill in your email, and then tap "Login." 

If your account was not using Fingersoft ID before it was lost, we apologize, but there is nothing we can do at this point.
