Purchases may take up to a day to be fully processed and added to your game account. These delays may sometimes be caused by connection or payment authentication issues. 

If you've already rebooted your device, checked your internet, and given it a day but still don't have your purchase, please contact Apple support. Apple handles all purchases made through the App Store.

If the purchase has been confirmed by Apple, please contact us directly. To find the purchase, we will need the receipt for the missing purchase or a screenshot of the receipt. You can find your purchase information in Settings or Account Settings on your device. Please follow this guide for a more detailed guide.
