If you want to restart the game, uninstalling and reinstalling the game but connecting it to a cloud save account that is not being used by any other game profile should typically allow you to start from the beginning.
If you’re still having issues, follow these steps:
- Reinstall the game
- Go to your device settings
- From settings go to Applications -> HCR2 -> Storage
- Choose "Clear data" from the bottom of the screen
- Open the game
