If you want to restart the game, uninstalling and reinstalling the game but connecting it to a cloud save account that is not being used by any other game profile should typically allow you to start from the beginning.

If you’re still having issues, follow these steps:

  1. Reinstall the game
  2. Go to your device settings 
  3. From settings go to Applications -> HCR2 -> Storage
  4. Choose "Clear data" from the bottom of the screen
  5. Open the game

If the above steps don't work, try the following:

  1. Disable your device backup temporarily.
  2. Reinstall the game and launch it.
  3. Once the game is reinstalled, enable the device backup again.
