If your account was lost but connected to a cloud save provider, please try to reconnect through the in-game settings. Here's a guide on how to load your previously saved profile:
- Open Hill Climb Racing 2 and wait for it to load into the main menu.
- Tap the gear icon in the top-right corner to open the Settings menu.
- Your cloud save options will appear under "CONNECT ACCOUNT". Depending on your platform, these may include Fingersoft ID, Google Play, Game Center, or Apple ID. Tap the corresponding icon to initiate a new cloud save or retrieve your previous progress.
- If prompted, enter your login information to complete the process.

Unfortunately, due to changes beyond our control, Facebook login and cloud saves are no longer supported in Hill Climb Racing 2. If you previously connected your account to Facebook cloud save, please reach out to our support team for assistance.
