If you're experiencing issues with ads, here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:

• To view adds, your game needs to be connected to the internet - please check our guide on how to troubleshoot internet connection issues for help
• Confirm that you have enabled the ads option in your in-game settings.
• Make sure you're not using a VPN service or ad-blocker, as these may prevent ads from showing.

Keep in mind that if you're unable to load ads, it could be because there are no ads available at that moment. The availability of ads for features such as free upgrades, event tickets, and double coins in adventure mode can fluctuate randomly and is beyond our control.
