To delete your Fingersoft ID account, please fill in the form below using the email that is connected to your account. If you wish to delete the game profile associated with the FSID as well, please select the "I want to delete the game profile associated with this FSID account" option from the form.
Once we’ve received your request, we’ll send a follow-up message to the provided email address. To complete your request, please reply to that message to confirm your identity and verify the details. We cannot process your request until we've received your confirmation, so keep an eye on your inbox and reply as soon as possible!
Deleting your Fingersoft ID account will only remove the online protection for your game save. Your local game progress will remain on your device, but you will not be able to transfer that progress between multiple devices.
